TERMS & CONDITIONS – BOSCH POWER TOOLS PREDICT & WIN CAMPAIGN

1. Campaign Organizer

• This campaign is organized by Juffali Technical Equipment Company (JTECO), the authorized distributor of Bosch Power Tools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Campaign Period

• The campaign starts on 11/06/2026 and ends on 19/07/2026.
• Entries submitted outside the campaign period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Participation is open to legal residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years or above.
• Employees of JTECO, Bosch Power Tools, SACO, Amazon, affiliated agencies, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• JTECO reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

4. How to Participate

• Scan the campaign QR code.
• Complete the registration form with accurate and complete information.
• Receive an instant 5% discount coupon.
• Predict the winner of the designated match.
• Participants who correctly predict at least one designated match result will automatically qualify for entry into the prize draw.
• Participants who correctly predict two (2) or more designated match results during the campaign period will receive additional entries into the draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning.
• Winners will be selected through an automated electronic draw system in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Participant Information

• Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• JTECO reserves the right to verify participant information.
• JTECO reserves the right to disqualify any participant providing false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. 5% Discount Coupon

• The 5% discount coupon is issued upon successful registration.
• The coupon is valid only during the campaign period.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The coupon may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
• Additional coupon redemption terms may apply at the point of purchase.

7. SAR 500 Winner Voucher

• A total of four hundred (400) winners will each receive one Bosch Power Tools voucher valued at SAR 500.
• The total prize pool under this campaign consists of 400 Bosch Power Tools vouchers, each valued at SAR 500.
• The SAR 500 voucher is redeemable only against Bosch Power Tools purchases with a minimum invoice value of SAR 3,000 inclusive of VAT.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• JTECO reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to voucher redemption.

8. Winner Selection

• Participants who correctly predict at least one designated match result will automatically qualify for entry into the prize draw.
• Participants who correctly predict two (2) or more designated match results during the campaign period will receive additional entries into the draw and therefore have a higher probability of winning.
• Winner selection will be conducted through an automated electronic draw system generated and administered by the campaign platform.
• The draw process will be conducted on a daily basis throughout the campaign period.
• The automated draw system will randomly select winners from all eligible entries available at the time of each draw.
• Participants with multiple eligible entries will have proportionately greater chances of being selected.
• The draw process is conducted automatically and without human intervention in the winner selection process.
• JTECO reserves the right to verify the validity of any winning entry before awarding a prize.
• JTECO’s decision regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize entitlement shall be final and binding.

9. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

• Winners will be notified automatically through the email address and/or mobile number provided during registration.
• Winning participants will receive their SAR 500 Bosch Power Tools voucher through an automated message generated by the campaign platform.
• Daily winners will receive their voucher following completion of the automated draw process and successful eligibility verification, where applicable.
• JTECO shall not be responsible for failed delivery of notifications resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided by participants.
• If a winner is determined to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, JTECO reserves the right to cancel the prize and select an alternative winner through the automated draw process.

10. Prize Restrictions

• Prizes and vouchers cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
• JTECO reserves the right to substitute any prize or voucher with another prize or voucher of equal value if necessary.
• The maximum number of SAR 500 vouchers available under this campaign is four hundred (400). Once all vouchers have been awarded, no further claims or entitlements shall arise.

11. Fraud & Misuse

• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, interfere with, or undermine the campaign, website, registration process, draw process, or winner selection process may result in immediate disqualification.
• Automated entries, duplicate registrations, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed suspicious by JTECO may result in disqualification.
• JTECO reserves the right to cancel any suspicious entries and take any action it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the campaign.

12. Limitation of Liability

• JTECO shall exercise reasonable care and skill in operating and administering the Campaign; however, JTECO does not warrant that the Campaign website, electronic systems, communication networks, or technical platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• JTECO shall not be liable for any delay in participation, inability to participate, loss of data, failure of communication, or loss of entries resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, system malfunctions, internet service disruptions, cyber incidents, or services provided by third parties that are outside JTECO’s reasonable control.
• JTECO shall not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information submitted by participants, or for any failure by participants to receive notifications due to inaccurate contact details or technical issues affecting their devices or communication services.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, JTECO’s liability arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall be limited to the value of the prize awarded to the relevant participant.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude, restrict, or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability arising from fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

• By participating, participants consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information solely for campaign administration, customer communication, marketing activities, prize fulfillment, and related business purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Participants may receive communications relating to Bosch Power Tools products, services, promotions, and marketing activities, subject to applicable laws and consent requirements.

14. Campaign Modification

• JTECO reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require such action.
• Any amendments shall become effective upon publication through the campaign website or other official communication channels.

15. Publicity

• Winners agree that JTECO may publish their first name, city, and photograph for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

16. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Any dispute arising from or relating to the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. Complaints

• Any complaint, inquiry, or request relating to the Campaign may be submitted to JTECO through the official campaign contact channels published on the Campaign website.
• JTECO will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable laws.

18. Acceptance

• Participation in the campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by JTECO in relation to the campaign.
